What is the Chef Store?
The Chef Store is Cooking Diary's official online store with great deals on in-game items and secure ways to pay. Items will be added to your game account via your Support ID.
Does my game platform support Chef Store purchases?
Yes, purchases made through the Chef Store are available on all platforms that you can play Cooking Diary on.
How do I get access to the Chef Store?
After entering your Support ID, you will see the email address that you entered when registering.
Please ensure that you have entered your Support ID correctly, as it will only be possible to change the information by contacting our technical support service. You will not have to enter your Support ID again on subsequent visits to the store.
Now you can start shopping.
How do I make a purchase?
Before making a purchase, ensure that you have completed all the steps indicated in the text, "How do I get access to the Chef Store?" After that:
The in-game items that you purchased will be added to your Cooking Diary account.
If you are unable to make a purchase, please read the article "I am unable to make a purchase."
Bundles at the Chef Store may contain in-game items (clothing, hairstyles, facial features, etc.) that you already have. Before making a purchase, please ensure that you do not already have these items. To do so, open the game and tap on your avatar. In the wardrobe tabs, you will see all the items you have previously obtained.
Make hassle-free purchases! All taxes and fees are included in the final price of the goods.
When will new offers appear?
Offers are constantly being added and updated. To keep up with the latest changes, follow Cooking Diary on social media. You can find links to our social media pages on the Communities tab in the game settings.
Why might some offers disappear after I log in?
After logging in, you will be offered relevant items and special offers that have been selected just for you. These may include exclusive offers for one-time purchases that are available for all new players.
However, if you have already purchased one of these offers, it may disappear from your list after authentication.
How do I get a free gift?
You can get a free gift by registering for a Chef Store account with your Support ID.
After you enter the ID, you will see the nickname of the player it belongs to. Please verify that the correct recipient for the item is shown.
IMPORTANT! Make sure to enter your Support ID correctly. A mistake may be made due to the similarity of certain characters.
What is a coupon?
A coupon has a special code that you can use to receive a gift or a discount on an in-game item. You can use a coupon in the Chef Store.
Please remember that a coupon has an activation period and terms of use.
You can receive a coupon by participating in contests, events, and other Cooking Diary activities on social media. You can find links to our social media pages on the Communities tab in the game settings.
How do I activate a coupon?
The in-game items that you purchased using your coupon will be added to your Cooking Diary account.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure to enter the coupon code correctly. The similarity of some symbols may cause errors.
I can't activate a coupon. What do I do?
It is possible that the coupon's activation period has expired or the offer has already been redeemed the maximum number of times allowed. If all the terms of use for the coupon have been met but you are still unable to activate it, please contact the Cooking Diary support team using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the screen.
What are donuts?
When you make purchases in the Chef Store, you will receive bonuses in the form of donuts, a virtual currency that you can spend in the Donut Store.
To see the number of donuts that you will receive for purchasing an in-game item, check the item's description.
If donuts were not added to your account or were added incorrectly, please contact the Xsolla support team and attach a screenshot of your purchase receipt.
